The company exists because the EMF industry has a conflict-of-interest problem: too many testers also sell the cure. We don't.

Independent by design
We sell no shielding products, filters, or mitigation hardware, and we take no commissions from anyone who does. When we recommend a fix, the fix is usually free — because that is what the data supports.
Calibrated instruments, not phone apps
Tri-axis gaussmeters, spectrum-capable RF analyzers and dirty-electricity line analyzers, with calibration records included in every report. If a number goes in your report, an instrument produced it.
Written to be used
Reports are photographed, dated and formatted so a buyer's agent, a builder's warranty department, a physician or an HOA board can act on them — not just so a homeowner can read them.
Guideline-anchored interpretation
Readings are compared against published reference frameworks — including Building Biology SBM-2015 guidance — rather than invented thresholds. You get your numbers and the context, and the conclusion is yours.

Hillsborough County is home base — same 399 flat rate with no travel fee, any home size. We also cover Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Orange and Sarasota–Manatee counties on flat travel zones, so the price you are quoted is the price on the invoice. Inspections run Mon–Sat 8:00am–7:00pm, with reports delivered within 48 hours.
